Hi my name is Jim.

I am a 30 year old freelance photographer based in Birmingham. Three years ago I decided to try and take my photography to the next level – to go beyond basic snapshots and try and get the wow factor into my images.

It all started from a hobby which quickly developed into a passion. From there i attended Coventry City College (night school), where I obtained a Level 1  - Distinction grade in Digital Photography and manipulation, since then i have continued with my education and i haven't looked back. I have photographed over 60 weddings, worked for the likes of Aston Villa and Birmingham City F.C and had the honour of working with the likes of Conor McGregor, Anthony Joshua, Pep Guardiola, Ryan Giggs & Sir Steve Redgrave.

Photography is my passion and i make that shine in my work. I find that photography is not just about having a natural eye behind the camera, picking the right angles, or just getting exposures correct. Its about knowing the location, the light and who and what you are photographing, then enhancing them along the way.

My work is a journey and my adventure as photographer is just beginning.
